What's wrong with the one you had / have?
I could find you the part number direct from Fiat but that's probably going to cost you more than is sensible to source from a dealer.
If you ever want to lookup the part number of anything just search for ePER, it's the Fiat Alfa Lancia part catalogue and is available online.
Any breakers yard will be able to sort you out though although they may want you to have the whole light unit; have a hunt around the likes of eBay, particularly if there is a car with rear end damage the light cluster may be U/S but the circuit board should still be fine.
That looks like a 5dr hatch lighting unit, right? The 3 door was a different design externally I dont know if internally they were the same or not though, so might be something to be mindful of.

No, the 3 door and 5 door bulb holders are different. Best bet is to look at the breakers yard, if that fails try looking for it on Ebay or similar.
Edit : I Had a quick look for it on ebay, nothing found, only several units but for the 3 door stilo.

Just do a search on Ebay for "Fiat Stilo Breaking" then you'll see which are 3 or 5 doors and just contact your nearest one for a price on the light unit.
