Hi I need a part for a 2005 1.9 diesel Multipla Its off the end of the gear linkage and ideas on what its called or if you have one?

Has it broken off, or has the attachment/mounting just worn.
Not sure what the weight is for, some sort of damper I imagine.
Seen mine enough times but never paid that much attention to how it attaches, any pics of where it fits?
