Just wondering if anyone can help, i have a late 2006 grande punto, the blue and me controls on the steering wheel have completely stopped working, they work for volume control changing cd tracks just not when i press the windows button and won't recognise my usb stick anymore for music? how do i solve this, and does it cost much???

I had this problem recently. I slipped when doing something and hit my steering wheel.
I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery and left it until I wanted to drive again.
It worked straight after
