Hi

I have been having problems with the air conditioning.
It does not work when the button is pressed but happily shows the orange light.
I have had the gas replaced, checked that it works when direct fed.
I have now been told that there is no voltage at the relay.
I have been asked for the wiring diagram for the air conditioning unit.
He seems to be worried about the ecu unit ??

If anyone can help that would be amazing

You need to get a copy of the elearn manual you can get it as part of a bundle with other manuals

Click download on slow speed .. the download on slow speed again .. next to where its says €4 for 2 days .
 
Thanks for your link, I have downloaded the file, so hopefully this will allow the aircon problem to be resolved .

Well done for passing the maze of fake download buttons, rom memory its about 2gigs must have taken ages to download?
 
I did think it was a scam to begin with, after I signed up for the 2 day access.
As you could pay via Paypal my concern dropped. It took around 20 mins to download, burnt to disk.

All done

If anyone needs the same data then let me know:D

As you say all the original links I found over time for the Workshop & training manuals have all disappeared, & no I didn't need to pay as most of these download sites usually have a option to download for free at a slower speed after the timed waiting period if you look closely, although on some you have to supply an email address to join for "free" & besides I know who uploaded it ! :slayer:

I have the same problem. I have downloaded a eLearn copy a few years ago, but the electric pages are corrupt, no images ca be displayed.

Which relay is the compressor relay? I assume there is a pressure contact somewhere to allow the relay to be drawn,, where is it situated?

If the engine cooling fan doesn't come on supplying air flow over the condenser when the a/c is turned on then the compressor clutch wont engage.

Lots of time it is a faulty fan that causes the problem with a/c. Been there done it a couple of times.

The fan should run at low speed as soon as you hit the a/c button.
