Hi and thanks for reading and hopefully someone can help! I have a 2006 ducato 2.0JTD 11 :) im a disabaled driver abd after an accident keep this as my transport as its easy to get in, really comfy and gave me my freedom. Its not without a few faults but its been great  now its not!! about 9 months ago i noticed a small oil type leak on a wet road worried i called the RAC, nice patrol man looked at it and said it seems to be coming from a gasket that the fuel pump (bosch) joins to the engine and said its likely to be a big job as looks like a cam belt off job and might even need a new pump (n) got a quote and after getting back up after falling over decided to see how it went, and its been going great passed mot with advisory for small oil leak (this is where the diesel is cleaning dirt off engine on way to floor) and the leak is/was very very small now its not, went to the van after shopping and just turned over without starting, noticed fuel on floor, got a tow home and when trying to start you can see fuel coming out by the front of the auxillary belt. Please can some one help me, do i need a new pump? can these gaskets be replaced? can you get in and bond the gasket? or any ideas or have you had same problem. Budget is a real constraint! any advice would be great or if somone local to Telford shropshire is able to fix im open to all possiblities, sorry if ive rabbitted on and for now I will keep on looking, cheers to everyone

It sounds like a seal has gone in the actual pump. It will need to come off for inspection/repair. Replace the cambelt too unless it's virtually brand new. Injector pumps can be repaired for a lot less than a new one. Just google for Diesel Bob. They are experts.
