I accidentally shorted out the trailer electrics on my 2004 Ducato 2.8 turbodiesel (Swift Sundance motorhome) and now the indicators/hazard warning lights, side lights and brake lights don't work. Also the clock on the dash resets to zero whe the ignition is turned off. All the fuses seem okay including those in the engine bay. I wonder if the relays are burned out. Can anyone help please?

Recheck fuses, even if they look ok, they can have a hairline crack. These functions won't all be covered by the same fuse.
