can someone please confirm whether or not there is a relay for the main dipped driving headlights on a 97 bravo hgt i've been told so many different stories cheers guys
all the wires seen wraped up in the main loom which seems impossible to see but i thought someone must know if there is a relay or not surely someone must have encountered this problem ?
quick search endlessley shows its either the fuse box or the stalks. start with the stalks and check the power is going through them wen turned on. then check the fuse box as its less likely.
i've already had a different set of stalks on and exactly same problem all fuses are good so my last guess is relay i just cant locate as i cant hear it working
I've been out to my Bravo (same year and model as yours), put the headlights on and I've pulled every relay out in turn and the headlights stayed on throughout :bang:
I tried the relays behind the steering wheel/dash, the ones behind the glovebox and the ones in front of the battery and nothing.
I can't even hear a relay click when I switch the lights on.
I hope this helps a little bit, I know it's not the answer you were looking for but it might help towards the fault finding
I'll keep looking after dinner and see what I can see!
that was one thing i was told that its just the switch on the stalks but i have tired another set and they didnt work either there is no problem with the fuses or anythin so anyone got any ideas on this one lol cheers
