Folks,
Seeing as B&M doesn't support A2DP, I went looking for an alternative and saw recommendations to the Griffin BlueTrip device for AUX input. Unfortunately this is now discontinued and only available from the US on eBay (which I may yet do), which is a nuisance. But, I was thinking about alternatives and came across the Viseeo Tune2Air WMA1000 which is something designed for use in cars with an Apple 30-pin dock/interface to allow hard-wired connection from in the glovebox etc.
ViseeO Tune2air WMA1000 - Wireless Bluetooth Music: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics
Seeing as B&M is designed to work with (in my case) an iPhone4S plugged directly into the USB socket, were the iPhone to be replaced with one of these A2DP streaming Bluetooth adapters, do you think this would work too? IT should I'd have thought, as this is exactly what it does for the VAG cars... If it did, then it would probably support the steering wheel controls and display functionality of the hard-wired B&M iPhone connection, which is lost presumably with an AUX-over-Bluetooth connection that the Griffin uses?
Thanks.
