Posts: 13 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 | Blue & Me - File/Folder/Artists/Genre etc - USB Stick &/or CDr .? Hi Yesterday I picked up my 500 MultiJet Lounge - so I am posting 2 or 3 threads with some newbie questions about various aspects : I copied a handful of .mp3 onto a memory stick I had lying around - it had some photos or similar on it already - so I made a 'Music' foilder and dropped about 50 songs in. When I started the car it detected the stick and started to play the tracks - brilliant .! Then when I got to where I was going, parked and got back in the drive home - it started playing from the first track again - Oh... Q: Should it remember where I last listened - also the B&M manual mentions commends like [Artist] and [Genre] but they dont seem to be recognised atm - should I re-organise my /mp3 files in the root folder on the stick .? Or - are these functions better served by putting all my .mp3 file onto a better folder-structured CDr and play them from there .? Thanks in advance

After turning off the engine, Blue & Me remembers where it finished playing last time, even if I remove the usb stick. Don't know why yours does not. Hopefully you will receive a reply from someone with more experience than i have (I have only 130 miles on my odometer!) I don't know if this makes a difference, but I read somewhere on the forum that there should not be any other file types on the usb stick, and max size should noty exceed 4gb. I share your experience with track names. So far I have not found a way to make it show anything except for the song title. If I select a track by artist, then it still only shows the song title. The instruction manual is very vague about this. I will keep an eye on your thread in the hope someone can offer further advice.
