Mates, a Linea i drive these days has a bluetooth Blue & Me system which does pair-up with a Nokia E61i - that i use; though i can make calls, use speech regnition by Blue & Me to dial; what i am unable to do is - copy the phone book into the Blue & Me system and use the SMS reader too! After pairing, when i try and copy the phonebook into the car system; the Blue&Me (bluetooth connection) disconnects; could you please advice.

Most phones are not fully compatible with the blue and me system. Unfortunatly Nokias are not the best phones to use. I'm not sure about the phonebook thing but the text message reader definately wont work with that phone.

hi prosun,

i have a punto and an e61i. i have manged to transfer my contacts to blue & me now. you would need to go to Main -> Settings -> userdata -> add contact.

now you go to your phonebook and select the contact u want, and then OPtions -> send -> via bluetooth

once ur done with sending click on the phone button on the steering wheel for the contact to be saved into the phonebook. this unfortunately can be done only 1 at a time and also the message reader does not work with the E61i
