My 2015 500 has the glass roof, and a rear spoiler... Do I have any roof rack options?

Short and to the point, I thank you for any help you can afford!

Just been looking.

These will fit the glass roof version of the 500.

I like the alu version.

Good luck,
Mick.

Personally I wouldn't take the risk, but it has been done.

My own take is that using one must surely increase the twisting forces on the roof frame and there will be an increased risk of cracking the glass, to say nothing of the risk of actually dropping something on it.

Replacement glass isn't cheap (easily four figures if you go through the official channels), and many insurance policies specifically exclude this type of roof from their windscreen cover (which otherwise normally covers all the glass on the car).

Thanks for the advice, I didn't think of the insurance coverage.

On a side note, I'm a plank, I do not have a rear spoiler... So I would be able to attach a bootlid rack... Are they any good?
