Do you know where can I get only this part?
The small plastic "button" for regulation fell off.

Fist dealer only or from a scrap yard because I'm pretty sure you can't get just the flap from fiat

It could be better to get a proper engineered repair..

As the expensive FIAT part will be just as weak

How did you get the flap out of the heater unit? was it much work?

I agree if you replace the part it will be just as weak!

The Panda has essentially the same heater/control mechanism as the 500 - makes sense, the 500 is a direct descendant!

On the Panda section of this forum there is an excellent thread on how to approach this problem - it is very similar to the approach outlined above in the linked video. Post 36 gets to the heart of it:

I followed this for our Abarth 500C and added some observations (similar to the comments offered in the video above).
