Very nice. looks very much like my 1.4 Sport in crossover black, but considerably newer and with a funkier interior! Mine has front fogs too but aren't they standard spec for Sport/S models?

I think black without chrome bumpers and the tinted back and rear windows looks great on the 500 - gives it a sort of naked 'stealth' look. Bugger to keep clean though- highly recommend carlack68 polish/nano sealant topped with colinite 476s to keep it looking shinier for longer.

Thanks people yeah I paid extra for the fog lights £160 a bit steep but looks so much better with them

Couple of questions

When u pull seat forward to let people in the back do u always have to use the pull bar under the seat to get it back into postion normally just slides on other cars I've had but can't seem to thathom it out on the 500 lol

What's best to use to keep it nice and shiny was told to use turtle wax diamond ice

Pleased to hear your new car has arrived :) very sexy car indeed, loving the red and black combo!! Enjoy driving :D :D P.s. does he have a name?

Yes, you always need to use the pull bar to slide it back.

There's a bit of 'style over substance' going on with the 500 to be honest; some of the less visible bits are a little on the cheap side! Won't stop you loving the car though.

Mine is nearly 6 years old but looks a lot younger thanks to use of these: http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/complete-detailing-kits/collinite-476s-carlack-kit/prod_408.html

And this (to remove water marks after washing and to remove bird bombs): http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/detailing-sprays/meguiars-ultimate-quik-detailer/prod_361.html

Yeah called him Vader being black and when u hit the eco button it changes the rev counter from blue to red (turns to the dark side lol ) bit of a star wars fan lol even my work van is star wars themed it's got obi van Kenobi written across the top of it ( my work van came like that as all our vans have names lol)

Thanks for that will check that kit out as the dealer left wax residue all over the car so needs done properly

On my lounge you push the seat forward as far as possible to let people in and to put it back I grab he seat by the front (not the bar) and push back. It slides back to your exact position. Then flick the clip on top of the seat to put the backrest back.

 bloody stealers and their mediocre customer service.

The carlack68 will remove the wax residue but if you have several hours spare, it would be worth claying the paintwork first (follow instructions carefully and use clay bar lubricant) before applying the carlack or whatever base layer product you choose. Then top with wax (colinite 476 is superb IMO but don't apply it on a hot sunny afternoon and buff off within a few minutes) and your black beauty will look spiffy. For subsequent washes, make sure you use a shampoo that doesn't strip wax (I use zymol and have been very happy with it, available from Halfrauds), dry off with a large microfibre towel as soon after rinsing as possible (black paint really shows watermarks) and then apply a fine mist of Meguairs Ultimate Quik Detailer one panel at a time, quick spread and then buff. I promise you your car will look fantastic and keep looking fantastic if you use these products. (y)

That's correct. I'm sure this is all in the manual though.....

Good to know - I didn't read that far into the manual!

Wow! So that's what the S looks like - I'm impressed :slayer:

I love the interior, It looks sharp and the colours are great!
