Hi all, can a bosch starter motor from a fiat uno 1100 be used on a fiat x 1/9 1500 any help will great be appreciated

I don't think you'll have any luck with that particular one - the old 1100 Uno starter would fit the 1300 X1/9 but not the 1500 (don't ask me what the differences are).

The 1500 starter was also used on the Ritmo/Strada (same engine and box) and the early Lancia Delta 1500. It might be common to a few others but that is about it.

It is a 0.9kW motor, with 9 teeth and clockwise rotation - can remember any more of the details.
