UNO 1.0 i.e running Rich

Hi All,
After sometimes again my UNO starts to giving troubles.
My UNO 1.0 i.e. fitted with BOSCH SPI.
Now gives lot of smokes with smell of unburn petrol. It has lot of power and consumes lot of petrol. I have checked lambda sensor, coolant temperature sensor also. all works perfect. Injector also cleaned though it did not has any block.
Air cleaner, all the spark plugs were replace. once remove a plug after few miles run its full of carbon deposits. no any sign for blown head gasket.
I wanna feel whether the ECU faults.
While running I unplugged the potentiometer(Throttle position sensor) connector and nothing will happen.
ECU having diagnose socket with only two wires and I don't have any idea to do any self diagnose check.
I have tested for emissions and CO levels were too high at idling and while accelerating.
Is this could be an issue with timing?
Could you anyone can help me this guys??
Thanks in advance
