Hi everyone, I have a uno fire 1.1 1992 model and recently the gears just died on me... I've now replaced the clutch but still no gears if I put a screwdriver in I can change the gears manually and they change smoothly but if I try using the gear shift it won't go into gear at all... please any ideas on how to fix this would be a great help

Am sure another forum member will help you sort out the problem with the gears, but if the worst comes to the worst I have a used gearbox for sale (shameless plug ) in classified section which should be the same as yours, as it's on an 1992 Uno with the 1108cc FIRE engine.

Would cost a fair amount to ship since Cathlene is in South Africa
