So yeah, another interesting problem.

Suddenly I got water in fuel filter warning. OK.. I take it apart and carefully pour everything into a glass and notice no water. #shrug#, new filter, new seal, make up a contraption to properly tighten housing to 30nm, plug it in, correctly prime it. BAM, again warning.

OK. Again, I take it apart, clean it again, visually and physically inspect it to be sure, no water inside, again no water in removed remaining diesel in glass.. I actually test that white "buoy" and it remains on bottom of housing when I pour in diesel.

I check connectors, everything fine, no wire breaks.

For now I had to simply unplug the sensor on bottom of housing, since we have pretty quality fuel here, I don't expect to get water inside when refuelling.

I know new housing costs like 90€, which is not really cheap, but would like to ask if there is anything else I can double check before replacing whole thing?

Also, my housing has part number 23.55.148.26, but closest to this part number that I can get is this: Amazon product ASIN B08Z3YQ9JP.

Engine is 3.0, 2010.

Any insight is welcome.
