I have always used silicone free interior cleaners, i hate the ones that make your dash shiny, it looks so cheap.
I'll tidy up any rubbish, give the carpets and seats a vaccum, clean the glass and dust the dash.. but I don't de-contaminate the steering wheel, gear knob or seats.
