Can everyone tell me can i but my punto 4x100 wheels or not ? ?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking... Mk2/2b Puntos have a PCD of 4x98, it is possible to fit wheels with a PCD of 4x100 by using wobble bolts.

Ive tryed today and its worked 4x100 pcd sits wery well et35 with centraliser ?

It may fit, but the wheel nuts will come loose if you don't use wobble nuts
