Styling Wheels Offset

Right could someone please either confirm or correct me if i am wrong. The offset on the Bravo (165 Sport) alloys is 31 and if i fit 35 offset on they will sit out ever so slightly further and fill the arches a wee bit better.

31 is correct for the 7J wheels. If you fit ET35 wheels they'll sit 4mm further inside the arches, if the new wheels are also 7J.
