Hi folks,
I've recently bought a 57 plate 500 with the 1.3 Multi-Jet engine in it as a cheap commuter car.
I noticed tape on the hose between the MAF and the Turbo and assumed it was split and knocked a bit off the price.
However now we've taken it off the car it looks like a right bodge job with two or three different hoses tapped together.
I bought what I thought was the correct pipe from ebay but it won't fit as it wants to be in the same space that the intercooler to inlet manifold pipe goes
Could the engine have been swapped and it has a mis-match of parts? I can't seem to find anything that looks right.
I'll try and post some pictures.
