General Weird noise on stereo when Ignition turned on

I just replaced the original Blaupunkt stereo with a newer Blaupunkt stereo and all works well............until the ignition is turned on:

When the ignition is turned on, the speakers go nuts, there is a clicking noise coming from them over the music?????

If you turn off the ignition the noise goes away after about 30 seconds and the music is normal then.

I have checked all the wires at the back to see if any were caught or shorting but they all are normal, I did not have to modify the wires in any way to fit the speaker as they are both the same Make.

Also, I put back in the original stereo which was working fine, and the same thing happens that !

goes off scratches head
