General warranty ?

I got a 2009 09 plate grande punto dynamic 1.4 and I was wondering what is the warranty period ? 5 or 3 ?
Unfortunately I haven't got any service book or manual etc when I bought the car.

if you have no proof that service times have been kept too then your warranty is probably void, even if there was some left, i think it was 2 years fiat 1 year dealer

That's right u got no service history of the car. Its done 10k miles. Anyway it drives well n haven't seen anything wrong so let's see.
I went to fiat dealership to get the service uptodate and they did a 2 yrs service on it as it missed the 1st one and its 2 yrs, so does that count ? Or is it still void ? Thanks

If you bought the car second hand you need to transfer the warranty to you. But as mentioned if the service intervals havn't been adhered to may be refused warranty work.
Depends on the garage I guess I've never had to produce my book when having faults sorted
