General VIN not in ePER

Hello!

I'm new to this forum and discovered, that my VIN can't be found by ePER.
I couldn't find any hint on what to do about that. Anyone might know?

I think it's fairly common (for vehicles provided for camper/motorhome conversion at least). Neither of my two recent Ducatos have been searchable by VIN.
