Technical Vibration on the steering wheel after radiator fan was replaced

Hi,

Due to engine overhearted, I have just got my radiator fan replaced. However, i have notice that there is some vibration on the steering after the installation was done. May I know if it is normal or anything could have went wrong during the installation. Thank you.

Is the vibration only when the fan is on, or even when off?
