You shouldn't need to worry about starting the engine, just charge the battery or replace it.
Do you have the radio code?
You should never leave dirty oil in the engine if storing the car for a long period of time as the carbon deposits that build up during running degrade cause acids to form which damage the crankshaft coating and bearings.
The ROM memory stored in the ECU is protected by a small internal battery so it should be fine.
Just get an oil change after restarting the car.
