Just a reminder, as we're getting very dry air in the UK at the moment, to lub your fuel flap hinge so it's nice and free running otherwise it'll snap off if you force it. Still have my original

I did her in doors the other day..told her to tell me if she had difficulty in opening her fuel flap and did she all sorted now though with a comment from her this morning..My fuel flap is opening better for some reason..:bang:

Mine was quite stiff this morning but, after plenty of lub and a lot of working, it's a lot better this afternoon

Hm. Seems you got caught just between the filler holes. Have you tried spitting on the flap?
Yeh tried spitting on the flap and even chewing them, but doesnt help with the chaffing.....
