Did a quick search on subject but no definitive answers, currently run a 500c twin air and a Panda 1.2 eleganza.
On the panda I "upped" the profile size and got a better ride etc.with no clearance issues. So my question is can I again go this route with the 500 (original size is 185-55-15) can I go to 185-65-15's or will there be clearance problems, Anyone done it ? any problems?
(I know the speedo will be a little out but sat-nav gives correct reading)
Thanks(y)John B

The 500 is hardly uncomfortable on 15" wheels, tbh i wouldn't bother, you're only upping the gearing, adding more weight with a bigger tyre and making it handle more like a boat, just my opinion though.....

I agree Ahmett (its what I did too) but 196/50/15 will technically make the tyre a slightly smaller rolling circumference than 185/55/15.
