Technical Twin Air 0.9cc head gasket and timing chain information

Hello Guys.
“875cc two air 2 cylinder engine”
I’m looking for information on head gasket replacement and timing chain replacement. Specs, torque settings, tolerances etc. will be tackling a head gasket shortly and want to do some research into the repair procedure. Headbolt torques timing marks etc. any help would be greatly appreciated .
I heard the heads cannot be skimmed is this true?

Best source for info on Twinairs is the Fiat 500 repair guide by Bucheli Verlag. It's not perfect and written in german language, because it's printed in Switzerland.
