Technical turbo leak oil and in the exhaust

hi every one im new on the site and fed-up with my 2003 fiat multipla 1.9 JTD. the turbo is leaking oil and push it in the exhaust system the car smell like burned oil. did recon the turbo and still the same story. any advice would be welcome and highly appreciated

Just wondering if the turbo oil drain pipe is restricted or blocked? Only reason oil would get into the exhaust is if the turbo seals have failed or the oil has nowhere to go and finding the easiest exit.....
