Technical Coolant leak

My Multijet has a major leak of coolant and I can’t work out exactly where from.
When the reservoir is filled it rapidly empties, even without the engine running, leaking from somewhere on the right hand side of the engine underneath the egr gubbins. Before I start to take bits off does anyone have any ideas where the most likely place is or if they’ve had similar problems?
Any suggestions appreciated.

Obvious would be Waterpump..

BUT.. EGR tend to have hoses for in and out flow, could have perished.. Or a clip come loose

Thanks for the reply varesecrazy. I can’t see anything like that on mine.
The area it seems to leaking from is around the red area
