Technical Tilt the seats

Seats in the GP only have the option to change the hight by the lever on the side.
But I want to tilt the seats a bit.
Anyone tried this?
I was thinking of removing the bolt and put 1 or 2 o-rings between the rail and the mounting on the floor.

I have heard of this being done. Depending how high you go, you may need longer bolts.

I'd use washers rather than o-rings though ;-)

A washers it was, had a brainfart last night and couldn't remember what they were called in English.

Are there other way's to lower the seats a bit.
Would be great if I could drop it about 1 cm.

My head touches the headliner sometimes, and I'm only 1.82m.

Why would you want / need to tilt the seats

Most modern cars have anti submarine seats so doing something like this could prevent their design incorporating this feature from working!

I don't understand what you mean?
If you head touches the ceiling, surely you'd want to lower it?

anti submarine seats means that it prevents teh passenger slide forward out the seat with a collision.
I want to tilt the seat backward so that should'nt be a problem.

And I'm no gangsta.
I f I put the backrest in an angle that I have more head clearance yes, than I will be looking though the back window when turning.
