Hi There,
Another code question.
2000 Seciento SX.
I've just taken the radio cassette out of the car to put into another Seciento,same year.
The radio plugged straight in and the LED readout came up asking for a code.
The radio had been coded previously due to a flat battery and the code is 1219.
So how do i enter it?
This is a standard Fiat radio cassette,with 6 presets on the radio.

If you post the numbers from the back of the radio, I'll try to get the information for you.
Most Fiat standard radios only use numbers from 1 to 6 for the code.

Hi, Welcome to the FF.
You have posted the Blaupunkt part number for the radio. You need to post the serial number.
For you radio, the serial number will be something like BPX374XXXXXXXX and may be stamped in the side of the radio.
The " WAIT " message is because someone has tried to enter the wrong code too many times. To clear it, you need to leave the radio and ignition switched on continuously until the display shows " CODE " then " _ _ _ _ ", this could take up to 2 hours.

You've put one too many digits for the serial number. It should be BP then 12 digits.
Also, the correct Fiat version of the IDC-A09 CD changer is 7607769150, however, I think someone posted that they had managed to get the 7607769100 to work with a Fiat radio.
