Does it go straight to "CDC Wait" after inputing the code the first time? or after 3 attempts?

I'm assuming you have the IDC-A09 CD Changer? Post all the other numbers on it, including the serial number stamped into the metal case.

It was after 3 attempts. I have attached a photo of the serial number and stamped number

Radio is a Blaupunkt fiat 312 Black MP3 SB05.

Part number - 7 647 389 316

Serial number - 815 BP 738987143067

The odd thing is we actually still have all the original paper work and the radio card which says the code should be 5115 which I've tried and been blocked out a few times. Next wrong answer is an a few hours wait so I wanted to double check and hope the original unit has been swapped out already and I'm left with the old radio card.
