Fiat Panda dualogic takes Paraflu antifreeze can you just add Prestone antifreeze as it says it mixes with anything. I heard red antifreeze can be used instead of Paraflu

Fiat suggest you use Paraflu because Paraflu is/used to be part of the fiat brand. the actual likelihood of the car actually having paraflu in it goes down dramatically if the car has ever had coolant change, a coolant leak or is older and has been topped up many times over many years.

I'm assuming this is the same car you have posted about before a 2012 panda, unless it has been only ever serviced by a fiat dealership and that dealership has specifically used paraflu which is often not the case as dealerships buy fluids in bulk, such as castrol oil and other off brands for coolant or gearbox oil.
It is very unlikely there is much paraflu coolant in the car anyway, as other's have suggested it is better to drain it and put all new coolant in, to ensure the right mix, but also it will prevent the risk of reactions in the coolant which turns the coolant a horrible colour and stains the coolant reservoir.
