Technical T-get - rocket valve cover gasket

Hello. Do you know if it's possible to remove the cover without touching the timing belt? The oil flows down to the oil pan. I'm seeing a metal pipe with coolant, which can be removed, although with the turbine and its heat shield. But don't want to mess with the timing. Anyone do it recently?
