Technical Sump Plug Key - Scudo 2008

Hiya

Can anyone tell me what size / head the sump plug is on a 2008 scudo?

It looks like it MIGHT be a hex or a TORX bit if its a TORX then it a blinking big one!

Most Fiats seem to use a 12mm hex key.
Clean it out, small screwdriver, cocktail stick, etc., then stuff some plasticine/modelling clay/blu-tack into it and measure the result.

Hi guys,

I have managed to crawl under and have a look. It turns out to be a torx bit. Either a 50 or 55 and i am buying both today.

I assume that's a Peugeot thing.

Ok..... t50 too small t55 too big. Looks like the head might have been damaged slightly though, starting to wonder if the garage used a compressed air gun to tighten!!!

Had a look at torx plus and ribe drive but now unsure....:bang:

Could be a damaged hex.
A new plug is cheap. Get one, then find the right tool to fit.
