Hi everyone,
Ended up on here as Andy (owner of a 1988 4x4 Panda) mentioned the forum, so thought I'd give it a go.
I live in Greater Manchester and after putting it off for 11 years got my driving licence, ignored anything else that was available at my price range and went for a late 2012 1.2 Fiat Punto.
It's not the best and wish it had more power but does a great job and is incredibly easy to drive and comfortable enough to take it for a drive of the Peak District. If only it had more power...
To cut long story short, i think I just went for the Fiat as soon as I saw it as I was born and grew up in Italy where every other car is a Fiat. My dad owned a 500 back in the 70s and most of my mates had banged up Pandas as their first car. So subliminal influences were there from a very early start.
Anyway, looking forward to get stuck in and see what this forum has to offer!
