Is it a Standard Panda wheel or off a Cinq/Sei?

It is a standard Panda wheel but off of the very late UK models

I've got one of those in mine Don't know how it got there, as apparently it's not standard on a '93, but was fitted when I bought it. (Mine's a black one though..)

Nah, they're the origional Panda steering wheel Got one of them in Black in both the 750L and 1000CL

That is correct ... the SEAT Marbella is a re-worked mk 1 Panda.
