General Scratch removal

Justa quick question i have a few scratches in my punto few of them are swerls and others just normal scratches, was thinking of buying a mop and cutting compound and give that a go, but will it just make them more shiny? plus i want a mop for polishing purpouses anyways. Tar

cutting back will help
just remember not to use cheap polish with chalk in for bulking afterwards as it sits in scratches and accentuates it to the eye
