Styling Replacing Drivers Seat Pad

Hello there. Newbee Scudo owner here and not very mechanically minded.

My 2007 Scudo van had a very badly damaged drivers seat foam cushion. I bought a new foam seat from EBay.

I’ve got the seat out and most of it off, but I cannot work out how to get the seat adjustment levers off to release the final bit of the cover.

Can anyone give me some pointers before I give up in frustration?

I have a 2004 but may be same. Mine pull off, I gently prised them off with a claw hammer. Same as early window winder handle.
