Styling rear light tinting

i recently posted wondering if punto evo rear lights would fit the gp, turns out there is a lot more involved than i first thought, so i was wondering is it legal to tint my rear lights as long as it still reflects ? also beacause the reverse light, fog light and two refelctors are on the bumber which would not be tinted ?

tint as much as you want aslong as you can still see the lights, reflectors are in the bumper
evo lights just need the wiring modified to make them fit its not that involved

saw a tutorial on fitting the evo lights and its not that bad mate you only have to like solder one extra wire onto the little fuse box thing that plugs into the back of the light.
