interesting scam this, did any of you know that American technicians well a lot of them work on whats called the flat rate system.
The hours given for the job say .50 = half an hour to do a oil and filter change that's all they get if some thing goes wrong or incorrect parts tough they take the loss, so they wonder why they get ripped off.
These guys have to remain at the dealer all day for work so in between jobs no work NO PAY simple as that..
