Technical Punto mk1 Fog light/Headlight help

Hello i'm new to the forum and was looking for some help with my 1994 5 Door punto. My girlfriend recently purchased the car and the fog lights are wired into the main lights and was wondering if anyone could help or has a wiring diagram So I could fix this issue As it is illegal to drive around with the fog lights on all the time. The car is a 1.1 55

You;ll need to disconnect them from the Main Lights as said

You could do a simple Relay and switch mechanism for making them more controlable

I have a mk1 55 sx punto 1996 and my fog lights are on a proper switch on the center console (with the window de mister switch ect) to controle them but if i switch them on with the lights on they come on and off with the light switch stork. Like said above disconnect them and re wire them to a switch

Well the rear fogs run off it? Can I not just wire both to the one switch?

As long as you pop a relay in, yes, but its not ideal. You don't always want both on.
