Hiya I'm new to this so any help would be grateful 
my punto makes a strange noise when I turn on the heating , my son said it sounds like a continuess fart very low pitched but quite loud ! The air system wheather on hot or cold makes this noise. The system also won't work on number 1 or 2 and will only blow on the top setting of 3. Please help the noise is very embarrassing and strange
