How does it not work then
My Lotus was G792FVW - ergo 1989
Now change that to for inst EXL 10
No year reference.
I kept the original plate and spent the money on a through flow stainless exhaust.
How does it not work then
So it does hide the age then, where you said it didn't
That's beacaue any self respecting pertrolhead would recognise the age from the marque/model......
Age range yes, bear in mind most span for 7 years, and have a facelift after 3/4.
But take sisters mk3 Panda. We all know its an 04 plate because its say so in my garage part of FF, but with its NI plate on, when clean you can't tell if its 5 years old or 5 days old
I also find it somewhat worrying that, at the moment, more people in the poll value a 'vanity' plate that does absolutely nothing for the car's driveability (nor aesthetics for that matter) over a quality set of tyres that will improve both the roadholding and driving experience as well as safety.
Explain
Why not get H7 VKS transfered to daughters car then
I did vote tyres until I saw its a 1.4 16v GP . Better off with plates or nothing.
The thing about private plates.
who put their name on it?.
it happend to me a few weeks ago.
me and my one mate was driving around and stopped next to a peugot 206cc.blond driving it.here number plate was mandy or candy can't rember.
well as my mate he thinks of funny things the whole time and hanged out the window and scream and wave her name........with her reply......."how do you know my name.".........
now sweetheart......why didn't you go with blond or dumba55 or something.
As my second name is Carlick i went for C4LKK
