Technical power steering hose wanted

The high pressure hose on mine leaks at full lock, the part is listed as now being obsolete. Does anyone either have one for sale or know of a cross reference for one off say a Peugeot 806?

If you're talking about an old shape ulysse then I'd of thought a Scudo would have the same part? The mk1's were in production until 2007.

The part you require will be available from a Peugeot/Citroen dealer but there are several possibilities depending on the type of engine fitted to your car and your vehicle's RPO number. Here are some examples for a Peugeot 806:

1.9 TD with A/Con/4020KL
1.9 TD without A/Con/4020KJ
2.0 Hdi 110/4014G5

Incidentally, the current price of part 4014G5 is £88.46 (inc VAT).

Try your local hydraulic hose supplier. The people that fix all sorts of hydraulic hoses on farm vehicles, plant and machinery. Take them your old hose, they should be able to make you a new one using the old end fittings. Pirtek are a company you may see a lot, but others exist. Ask your local agricultural engineers, or plant hire company.
