Technical please help asap scudo '03' clutch removal

hopeing someone can help ? im changing the clutch in my scudo 2L JTD '03' and im stuck........ive got to the gearbox and i cant seem to get it apart.ive got a gap of about 1cm mainly around the top but the bottom seems to not of moved ! ive follow the step by step instucions and this is the only problem ive had. what do i do

you have undone the gearbox and not just the box from trhe bell housing as that can happen some times

have you removed fly wheel cover from bottom of bell housing from engine side?
