depends...My current on insurance has 0 excess on vandalism...if someone did that to my car and drove off thats what i'd be calling it! also sill damage should be looked at/ repaired professionally them being the main strength of the car and that..

A good point about it being refered to as vandalism. But you know what insurance comp are like, they'll try accusing Mrs Jai of doing it herself against a bollard or something like than
