Technical Panda 4x4 diff service

Did anyone have any info on the service oil and drain / fill points for the diffs?

Would you know what spec oil is needed?

Not it states API I have no idea what that means but someone was told by the oil manufacture that that some GL5 they had bought was not suitable and that bottle did not have API

Only 0.6 litres. Interesting.

0.6 for the later electronically controlled diff for versions with ELD

Shop for parts have the correct tutela oils

I doubt it, as I only think it applies to later cars

But

If only 0.1L comes out there might be another plug in the bottom hole that can be removed with some needle nose pliers

Top Tip Always make sure the filler plug will undo before you drain the oil. It's never happened to me but I've read post's on other forums where the filler plug was impossible to remove and either snapped or rounded off.
